“PITIK KKK: KAHANDAAN, KALIGTASAN AT KALIKASAN”
PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST
Theme: “BIDAng Pilipino: Building a Stronger Filipino Well-Being Towards Disaster Resilience”
1. The contest is OPEN for ALL Tayseños.
2. Each participant is allowed to submit ONE (1) entry only.
3. Photo Entries should be relevant with the theme.
4. The entry to be submitted should be in a JPEG or PNG format. The filename of the photo
must be in the format of
(SURNAME, FIRST NAME_PHOTO TITLE).
5. The participants must also submit the“Photo Title” and “Photo Description”with the Name of Participant, Age, Address and Contact Number in a PDF file.
6. A brief photo description indicating the place where the photo was taken, describing the photograph, and its relevance to the theme.
7. Photographs should be:
-Originally taken by the participant.
- Participants may use smartphones or cameras.
- In LANDSCAPE orientation and in full color.
8. Photographs should NOT:
X Use digital manipulation
X Contain watermarks, timestamps, signatures or any markings on the photo.
X Include malicious, violate a person's rights, or any offensive content.
X Contain images of elected officials.
X Copied in a previously won photography contest.
9. CRITERIA OF JUDGING
The entries for Photography Contest shall be judged based on the following criteria:
Concept & Relevance to the Theme - 40%
Creativity - 25%
Originality - 20%
Overall Impact - 15%
TOTAL - 100%
10. PRIZES
1ST PLACE - P 5,000.00 + Certificate
2ND PLACE - P 3,000.00 + Certificate
3RD PLACE - P 1,500.00 + Certificate
Consolation Prize - P 500.00 + Certificate
11. All entries must be sent to mdrrmo@taysan.gov.ph with the SUBJECT: "PITIK: KKK- PHOTOGRAPHY CONTESTANT” and wait for the Confirmation/ Acknowledgement of your Entry.
12. Deadline of Submission is on July 14, 2023 (Friday) or earlier upon reaching the maximum of 40 entries.
13. The schedule of Deliberation and Awarding of Winners is on July 31, 2023 (Monday), 8:00 AM at Provincial Evacuation Center, Poblacion East, Taysan, Batangas.
