The Local Government Unit of Taysan headed by Mayor Edilberto T. Abaday & Sangguniang Bayan through the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office led by Mr. Marcial O. Cerezo conducted the three-day Basic Incident Command System (BICS) Training Course.
