✨🎶 𝗶𝗕𝗜𝗗𝗔 - 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗮𝗻, “𝗙𝗶𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗸𝗮, 𝗞𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗜𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗮 𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗮” 🎶✨

Isang gabi ng musika, saya, at talento para sa bawat Tayseño! Sa pangunguna ng ating butihing Mayor Brigido “Dong” Villena, sama-sama nating ipinaparating ang mensahe na mas masarap ang buhay sa musika kaysa sa bisyo at droga. 

Kahit nasan ka man at kahit taga-saan ka man, dito natin ibida ang galing at talino—hindi sa maling landas, kundi sa entablado ng inspirasyon! 🎤🥁🎸

Tayo ay magsama-sama na musika ang mag-uugnay at hindi ilegal na kapamaraanan ngayong Setyembre 24, 2025.

Narito ang mga rules at guidelines na dapat sundin kasama na ang prizes:

 𝗜. 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀

1. Eligibility

- The competition is open to all amateur bands regardless of age, gender, or background.

- Any group/band within the Philippines can have their entry!! OPEN TO ALL AMATEUR BAND

- Each band must have at least 5 and a maximum of 8 members.

- All band members must officially formed for at least 2 years.

2. 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

- The competition is open to all interested bands, and they must complete their registration through a Google Form provided, but only 12 bands will be selected to compete through a screening process conducted by the

organizers. A clear list of band members, their roles, and contact numbers must be provided.

- All entries will be evaluated based on completeness of requirements, performance sample, and overall readiness.

- Bands who pass the screening will be officially notified via call, text, or email.

- Participants must also submit a signed parental consent/waiver form (if under 18).

3. 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗲

- All genres are welcome (OPM, rock, pop, R&B, reggae, etc.) except songs with explicit lyrics, profanity, political propaganda, or offensive content.

- Cover songs and/or original compositions are allowed.

- Each participating band is required to perform a maximum of two (2) songs.

First Song: Any piece of their choice.

Second Song: The official contest piece entitled “𝗔𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝘂𝗵𝗮𝘆 𝗞𝗼” by ASIN.

- The performance of the required song is mandatory for all participating bands.

𝗜𝗜. 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀

1. Time Limit

- Each band will be given 15 minutes total:

▪ 3 minutes for setup

▪ Up to 10 minutes for actual performance

▪ 2 minutes for pack-up and exit

- Participating groups that shall exceed the maximum allotted time shall get deduction from their total points. (Note: One point will be automatically

deducted once the allotted time is exceeded, with an additional one point deducted for every 10 seconds thereafter)

2. Number of Songs

- Each band is allowed to perform 1-2 songs depending on time.

3. Language

- Songs must be in Filipino, English, or any local dialect. Vulgar or offensive content is strictly prohibited.

4. Equipment

- Basic sound system, drums, and microphones will be provided by the organizer.

- Bands must bring their own instruments (guitars, keyboards, effects, etc.).

- Strictly no borrowing of instruments during the performance.

5. Band Test / Sound Check

- A 5-minute band test/sound check will be allowed before the start of the event (Gate will open at 3PM for Band Test) Bands who wish to do a sound check must arrive early, as it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

- The organizers will announce the sound check schedule in advance. Strictly no borrowing of instruments during the performance.

𝗜𝗜𝗜. 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

1. Time Violations: 

- Going over the time limit will lead to point deductions.

2. Conduct: 

- Offensive gestures, indecent exposure, or disrespect towards the audience, judges, or organizers will lead to immediate disqualification.

3. Punctuality: 

- Bands must be present during call time. Latecomers may be

disqualified or bumped down in performance order.

4. Drugs & Alcohol: 

- Strictly no alcohol or prohibited substances before or during the event.

5. Decisions are Final: 

- The judges’ decisions are final and irrevocable.

𝗜𝗩. 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮

- Musicality (harmony, tempo, rhythm) 30%

- Stage Presence and Showmanship 25%

- Originality and Creativity 20%

- Audience Impact and Engagement 15%

- Overall Performance Quality 10%

𝗩. 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀

1. Submission of Entries through the Registration via Google form will be on or before 11:59pm of September 15, 2025.

2. A P2,000.00 bond fee will be required upon registration to ensure commitment from selected bands. This fee will be refunded after the competition, provided that the band complies with all guidelines and does not back out once officially selected.

Failure to attend the event or any violation of the competition rules will result in forfeiture of the bond fee.

𝗩𝗜. 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲𝘀

• Champion: P50,000.00 and Certificate

• 1st Runner-Up: P30,000.00 and Certificate

• 2nd Runner-Up: P20,000 and Certificate

𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀:

• Best Vocalist - 3,000 and Certificate

• Best Guitarist - 3,000 and Certificate

• Best Drummer - 3,000 and Certificate

• Best Keyboardist - 3,000 and Certificate

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲:

5,000 for non-winning participants.
